เป็นสังคมการทำงานที่มีความอบอุ่นเสมือนญาติพี่น้อง ผู้บริหารและพนักงานมีความใกล้ชิดกันมากพอสมควร มีการจัดกิจกรรมให้พนักงานได้เข้าร่วมอยู่เสมอๆ

ฐานเงินเดือนอาจอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อเทียบกับคนวัยเดียวกัน แต่สวัสดิการในเรื่องโบนัสประจำปี ต้องขอบอกเลยว่าไม่น้อยหน้าใคร
